| Well, for the swelling i would try soaking your feet in really cold water. For the Athlete's foot I would try cleaning your shower out because even though you wash your feet, the actually fungi can live in the shower. See if this helps. |

| Water retention I would guess, at her age she may be going through a slightly early menopause, this could be the trigger. It's also possible her diet is to blame.
